Eating is one the most important events in everyone’s life.We enjoy eating - it’s part of who we are and part of our culture; in fact, eating is the popular and hottest topic of all times. We depend on eating: the foods we eat are the sole source of our energy and nutrition. We know so much about eating: we are born with the desire to eat. But we also know so little about eating - about how the foods we eat everyday affect our health. We are more confused than ever about the link between diet and health. So sometime the simply thing can keep ourselves healthy and can solve and reduce our stress as well.
Have you ever known that carbohydrate food can help you to reduce your stress?

Carbohydrates are the most important source of energy. It’s mainly provided through the plant foods. Here is the list of high carbohydrate foods, which you can include in your diet to get health benefits and can reduce your stress as well are rice, bread, noodle etc.
How can carbohydrate help us to reduce our stress?
Actually our body needs carbohydrate to support our brain in term of sugar. If our body lack of carbohydrates that mean our brain will be lack of sugar to support as well then when we are stress our brain will be very tired and at the same time we also will feel easy tired to do anything too.
Although the carbohydrate what can help us to reduce should be “complex carbohydrate “or we can say in easy way that “Should not eat carbohydrate what will be activated our body to work hard “For example all sweets that have high sugar then when we eat it. It will effect to the level of sugar in our blood higher than usual. If while we got stress it will effect to our brain as our brain will be very excited or our brain can’t settle our stress properly.
How many types of carbohydrate?
There are three major types of carbohydrate;
- Simple carbohydrates : can found in milk fruit and sugar
- Complex carbohydrates : starch (grains or cereals )and dietary fibers
- A high complex carbohydrates.
Do we have too much carbohydrates or do we have wrong group of carbohydrates what make our body work too much ?
