After we learnt that how's protein which is one part of " food pyramid " that can help us to reduce our stress so today we are going to learn about the next food group that can help us to reduce our stress as well too. Shall we go!

Vitamins and minerals are found naturally in the food we eat, especially vitamins and minerals from fresh fruit and vegetable.
Why they said that Minerals and vitamins will help us to reduce our stress!!
Vitamins and minerals are required the regulate the body’s metabolism’s function. Or I can say in easy way to understand is Vitamins and minerals are the supporter what balance our body’s metabolism process and balance our body’s chemical pretty well. When we are stress out if we have enough minerals and vitamins so our body will eliminate our stress faster than usual.
Where we can get essential minerals and vitamins?
Fresh fruit and fresh vegetable are contain essential Minerals and vitamins. Why I said only fresh fruit and fresh vegetable and if asking how’s about processed fruit and vegetable “Do they have enough minerals and vitamins?”
The processed food (fruit and vegetable and other food) may have been lost nutrients during process. At the same time if we bought fresh fruit then keep them in refrigerator for long time the minerals and vitamins also lost during the way too.
Hence, if we would like to have good minerals and vitamins to support our body’s metabolism to reduce our stress as well we should eat fresh fruit and vegetable.
How many fruit and vegetable Do you needs?
I have 2 choices for you as following :
1.Fruit and vegetable mixed smoothies ( no sugar syrup ) just one glass of smoothies per day
2.Salad fruit and vegetable 1 dish each per day
Only these ways, you can have enough vitamins and minerals what can help you to reduce your stress pretty well.
Anyway most people need to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables they currently eat every day. It’s not only to reduce your stress but in long term fruit and vegetable can keep you healthy!!
