Lights are fitted inside the ice blocks. Can their heat breaks the ice?

A foot is a unit of measurement. There are 12 inches in one foot. One foot is about 30 centimetres. The plural of foot is feet! The ice in the river freezes slowly because the water is flowing beneath the ice and the motion of the water makes the ice shiny and smooth.

You went to this festival? Was it good? Yes, I want to visit some day.

• " 10 million cubic feet of snow and I were cut from the river "  I understand the meaning of the sentence but i don't understand the word of feet. What is the meaning ? 
• I wonder why Weng donghua sculpt the buny face for celebrate Chinese 's New Year because. The New Chinese 's New Year is the Dragon. ^^"   
• What meaning in " It freezes slowly while being polished from below " ? 

• I thing the Chinese worker are very strong and good performing. They use about 20 workers. It is not too much. :D 
• I have been there about 7 year ago. Do you want to visit there ?
