You are a "travel addict". You want to visit many countries in the world. You want to know about the culture of different countries. Have you ever regretted for a trip to an other countries because you didn't visit the most beautiful places there?

In this blog, I will introduce you some beautiful places in the north of Vietnam. All these places I never visit any time but I watch them on TV, newspaper and internet, I know them from our history and geography. I just visit these place through the telling of my relatives and when I shut my eyes I see them beautiful and attractive. I hope I can visit them soon.

The places of historical value:

1) President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Here you can see the greatest leader of Vietnam. It has a timetable for visitors to pay tribute to president Ho Chi Minh. The time depends on the season and the day in a week.

2) Uncle Ho's House:

That is a simple piled house where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked. It is in the centre of Hanoi. It not only has historical value but also is an architectural and cutural of Vietnam. That place marked the image of the greatest president but very couthie of Vietnam.

3) Dien Bien Phu Relics.

I can't express my feeling when writing about this place. You should visit there and you will know.

Visit Dien Bien Phu, you not only know about the Vietnamese history but also see the attractive sights there.

4) Quoc Tu Giam Confucius Temple - The first University of Vietnam.

There are still many interesting and beautiful places, I will write more about them in an other blog. ^^

The terraces in Dien Bien Phu look incredible. Are they natural or are they man made?

When I remembered that you want to visit north of Vietnam next time I wrote this blog.

Farmers made terraces to plant rice. It will prevent the land from erosion and it helps people use the land on the hills to plant rice. Terraces not only bring prosperousness to people but also make the mountains of Northwest Vietnam have attractive beauty. ^^

I'm sure that you will like these sights if you see them yourself. ^^ I have many pictures of terraces which are more beautiful. Do you want to see them on this page or you want to experience them first?

I will definitely visit these terraces. I think they look amazing. I would love to see more pictures and then take my own someday. :)

I will post them in my photo. ^^
