I last ate sugar cane as a child. It was so sweet...
I have been living in sugar field more than 1year but never taste the cane. The variety cane is harsh to eat but high sugar content.
hoho...I never think to cut the cane in the field..there are monkey, lizard, crow....mostly snack like in the zoo
