Permalink Reply by Tammy on October 7, 2012 at 20:22 When we hear this expression, we get scared...... Of course, if we suffer from any diseases, we just need to be under the knife. But more and more women are choosing to go under the knife just to improve their appearance .I don't think it's a good idea. Thank God I don't need any extra organs or operations for improving my appearance. I like everything about my body. And all people who have no problems with their health or their appearance think the same. But still there are those who need surgical procedures, so we should be grateful to surgeons who work miracles to us.

Surgeons regularly perform miracles for us. In some countries going under the knife for cosmetic reasons is very popular. It's very big business.
