Giveaway Activity 5 - My Favourite Song!
We've had some great discussions as part of our giveaway activities. Thank you to Simon for setting these up and all of you who have taken part so far. It's been fun!
For our newest activity we are going to ask you to share your favourite song! A song that makes you smile or that brings back special memories.
Do you like classical music?
There are 2 parts to this activity.
1. Share a video or audio file of your song so we can listen to it.
*You can easily embed a video from YouTube or YouKu into our forum. You need the embed code from the video and then you need to add this code to the forum using the Media button (located above the Reply to This area). Please send me a message if you need help. :)

This dance song was created by the French band Stardust and first released in 1998. I like this song because it is perfect for relaxing to on a sunny beach or dancing to in a funky nightclub. When I listen to this song I can forget about everything, close my eyes, and imagine I'm having a good time somewhere hot and sunny. This song reminds me of holidays abroad and of fun nights out with my friends!

my fevourite song is "Zulimat ko zia " it means in English how can i write light to darkness and why i write a person as God i can,t share the video because you tube is blocked in our country because of 786 movie .i like this song because it show's the courage of poet Habbib jalib who write this song in the days of marshal aw . when a our country ruled by a dictator . And the lhal band sung it very well in the days of 2nd marshal aw administrator. i wish my God give us a good leader and honest politic-en.

I love many songs, one of them is "25 minutes" written by Michael Learns To Rock (MLTR) - a Danish pop-soft rock band that performs songs in English. They are well-known mainly in Asia. "25 minutes" is a sad story about a guys who has not treated his girlfriend well. He makes her sad and breaks her heart. Somehow finally, he realizes that the love for her is still there, he still loves her very much. He regrets what he has done to her, he wants to say sorry, however...." 25 minutes " it's too late....! The lyric is simple, very beautiful and quite sad. It touches my heart :) That's why I love it !

This is a very sad song about regret. I didn't know this band before but I would certainly listen to them again. Is the video from a movie?

thanks teacher :) , about the video, it would be from a original one, I dont know, but I love it and the song as well...:) I think in Europe or America this band is not as popular as they are in Asia, that's why you didn't know them before...:)

as soon as I see the word " superman" , I feel something is coming back....:) it rings a bell , reminds me of a film which I have been really into for long time. Anyway, I love both the actor and the actress, they looks very cool and kind of a well-matched couple....Thanks Vero...:)

My favorite song is More Than Words by Extreme. I actually don't know why I like it- maybe the meaning of this song shows me that 'action speaks louder than words' and I like acoustic guitar's voice in this song. This song makes me smile and I usually hum it when I feel relax. :)
