I hope this is the start of something positive for the people of Myanmar. It has the potential to be a great country. This is a great start - a step in the right direction!

What do you think?

Congratulations  !     \(^o^)/

Yeah!  Teacher , I totally agree with you. Although that was a small elections in Myanmar and NLD has got 44 Politicians, This is a good sign for people in Myanmar to get more liberty. Developed Country will consider to cancel boycott. This is not waste of effort for her. I really admire her. ❤

I admire her too. She is an amazing woman. I have seen already many countries are thinking about reducing the boycott. When you see the pictures you can see hope in the faces of all the people.

The participation of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi in the recent by-elections is certainly a good sign to the political development of Myanmar. However, when looking at the progress of democracy in Myanmar, we should also realize that 25% of the seats in the parliament are reserved for the military and the Defence Council still retains the power to dissolve the parliament, to suspend the constitution at will, and to impose martial law.

Very true Tyrant. The world is watching to see if this really is the start of something long lasting and positive for Myanmar. I guess only the current government knows how serious they actually are about achieving piece and democracy.

Good news for Myanmar immigrant. She visited Myanmar Immigrants in Samutsakorn Thailand yesterday.

There are a lot of Myanmar worker welcome her. That totally awesome I can see hope in the faces of all peoples.

I just realized that we have a big group Myanmar immigrant in Thailand. They would love to go back their country and life as well.

She got the Nobel's Peace Prize in 1991 but she could not go out from her country. She is going to take it after Thailand trip.  Congratulations !!!!!

That's great! I am sure that the workers from Myanmar would love to have the chance to visit home. Many people around the world are watching and hoping that this brings a real change to Myanmar. I will hope to see her collect the Nobel Peace Prize.
