Butterflies in my stomach!
Mary: Are you going on a date with Tommy tonight? Are you feeling nervous?
Jane: Yes. I have butterflies in my stomach! I've liked Tommy for so long. I hope he likes me too.
Butterflies in my stomach - this English idiom means to be feeling nervous or anxious about something that is about to happen. It is the fluttery feeling we get in our stomach. Some people say they have this feeling in their stomach when they are in love as well.

JoJo : Yes, I have butterflies in my stomach ! This is my first job interview.

Yes they can say that. That's right.
I suspect when people first meet someone special and new they are nervous or anxious so the feeling is very similar!
