Computers must be of one the biggest causes of this type of frustration. You are not alone! I've spent days trying to fix laptops - only to end up back where I started. :(

then how about the condition of your laptop now Teacher, has it been already fixed?
And I have got problem on network configuration for any airlines user recently, not all people know how the configuration is, neither I am perfectly. >,>

I bought a new laptop. My old one passed away in the end. :(
Your problem sounds very complicated! I wouldn't know where to start...

That's the worst that can happen Coco. :(
I always make sure I back-up my photos. Perhaps you should buy an external hard drive?
